This DIY tassel garland kit comes complete with 16 tissue paper and gold tassels, ribbon and instructions card. Simply lay the tassel out, fold and twist. Thread the tassels along the twine to create a stunning garland!

Each rainbow tassel garland pack contains 19 tassels and 1.5m of clear string. Tassels measure 20cm (H) when folded.
